There’s a new reason to laugh in King of Prussia, writes Anne E. Hill for Main Line Today.
The nationally recognized Stress Factory Comedy Club opened a new location inside Valley Forge Casino Resort in July 2025, giving Montgomery County its own dedicated stand-up venue. Located on the lower level of the resort’s Stardust Tower, the club brings nationally touring comedians directly to the western suburbs.
Owner Vinnie Brand says the goal is to fill a gap in the region’s entertainment scene. Instead of waiting for big-name comics to stop in Philly, audiences can now catch headliners like Michael Rapaport and Sheryl Underwood right in King of Prussia. Shows run every weekend in an intimate, state-of-the-art setting, with ticket options ranging from individual seats to VIP tables.
The experience extends beyond the stage. Guests can enjoy craft cocktails and comfort-style fare, including Bavarian pretzels with beer cheese, flatbreads and handheld favorites. Just upstairs, Valley Tavern offers another pre- or post-show option with sports viewing and karaoke.
The addition of Stress Factory is part of Valley Forge Casino’s broader refresh, which includes a renovated hotel tower, upgraded dining and expanded live entertainment offerings.
Tickets start at $25, and guests must be 21 or older.
