Learning Experience Franchise Coming to Collegeville

The Learning Experience, a Florida-based franchisor focused on daycare and early childhood education, is opening a Collegeville location.

Florida-based daycare franchisor, The Learning Experience, is adding locations in the Philadelphia region, including one in Collegeville, writes Ryan Mulligan for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

The Learning Experience will develop most of the new locations as build-to-suit projects from the ground up. The company has not revealed the investment costs for these planned sites.

The Learning Experience plans on opening additional locations in Phoenixville, Malvern, Glen Mills, Lower Pottsgrove Township, and Forks. They will also open multiple communities across Delaware and New Jersey. All of the centers are currently in various stages of the build-out process and are expected to open over the next two years.

Each center is designed with up to 10,000 square feet of indoor space along with an outdoor playground spanning up to 5,000 square feet.

The company already operates dozens of centers throughout the Philadelphia area.

“Greater Philadelphia continues to be a highly attractive market for The Learning Experience, driven by strong population growth, family-oriented communities, and sustained demand for high-quality early childhood education,” said Chief Development Officer David Slavny.
