Luxury homebuilder Toll Brothers has officially launched sales at Canterbury Meadows, a new 30-home community in Royersford, according to Paul Schwedelson of The Philadelphia Business Journal.
The Fort Washington-based builder says homes in the Royersford development will start at $1.02 million. The sales center and model home are located at 183 Kline Road. Residences offer between 3,000 and 3,700 square feet of living space, four to five bedrooms, up to 5.5 bathrooms, and side-entry two-car garages. Many of the homes back up to open space, adding an extra layer of privacy.
The featured Laney model includes a first-floor bedroom with a private bath, a home office, and a finished basement. Buyers can also personalize their homes through Toll Brothers’ signature design studio.
Canterbury Meadows is situated just south of The Court at Upper Providence shopping center and is part of the Spring-Ford Area School District. Its location near Routes 422 and 202 offers convenient access to Phoenixville, King of Prussia, and surrounding employment hubs.
Toll Brothers purchased the 23-acre site for $5.1 million in late 2024 as it continues expanding its single-family presence across Montgomery County and beyond.
