The family-oriented bar and restaurant Gloria Sports & Spirits in Warrington recently opened its doors, offering American-style food that has a European twist, writes Jeff Werner for the Patch.
Millions of dollars have been invested in the new restaurant, located in the former Bar Louie in the Shops at Valley Square.
The space includes a 150-seat restaurant, a 60-seat outdoor area and a 60-seat bar.
Customers can enjoy an array of drink options like wine, beer and cocktails.
Chef Brad Daniels is leading the kitchen operations, creating dishes with “vibrant flavors and from heartfelt traditions.”
The menu includes items like fresh mozzarella and prosciutto, grilled salmon, chopped salads, bistro steak and potatoes, and eggplant parmigiano. There are also 11 pizza options to choose from, along with a variety of tasty sandwiches.
“Come experience the vibrant atmosphere at Gloria Sports & Spirits, where delicious food meets the excitement of game day,” said Daniels. “Join us for a delightful culinary adventure that brings together the best of Italian and American flavors in a welcoming setting.”
Patrons can check out their exciting entertainment options as well, including golf simulators, and virtual bowling, baseball, and bocce.
