Full-Time Groundskeeper
The Full-Time Groundskeeper creates and maintains the appearance of the college grounds and buildings’ exterior.
Essential Education, Training, Skills, and Work Experience:
- High school diploma, GED, or one to two years of work-related experience required.
- Valid PA driver’s license required.
- Must be physically capable of performing all duties in the job description.
- Must work outdoors in all types of weather.
- Proficient knowledge of and ability to operate tractors, mowers, dump trucks, and snow removal equipment.
- Must be able to communicate effectively.
- Acquiring and maintaining the PA Pesticide License Category 23 throughout employment.
- Ability to read, write, and follow routine instructions.
- Ability to work within a team-oriented setting.
- Must have a good sense of balance; required to work at various heights.
- Moderate physical strength is required.
- Common outdoor allergies should not inhibit job performance.

Maintenance Mechanic – 2nd Shift
The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing essential
equipment in and around campus.

- Must be physically capable of performing all duties in the job description.

- Must be able to perform repetitive movements.
- Must be able to carry 80 lb. loads and support weight in sometimes awkward positions.
- Must be able to climb stairs and walk all areas of the campus.
- Must be able to identify colors.
