King of Prussia’s Bark U Hosts Bubble Blowout to Benefit CHOP

Bark U in King of Prussia hosts a Bubble Blowout Bash on September 30, to benefit CHOP’s Facility Dog Program with pup-friendly fun.

King of Prussia’s Bark U announced they are closing out the summer with an event designed to delight pups and support a lifesaving cause.

The dog care facility will host its inaugural Bubble Blowout Bash on September 30, with proceeds benefiting the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia’s Facility Dog Program. The program brings therapy dogs to comfort young patients, including those treated at CHOP’s King of Prussia campus.

The one-of-a-kind event will feature bubble play zones for dogs to chase and splash through. There will be themed photo ops, games, raffles, and treats for dogs and their people.

“At Bark U, we believe in the power of dogs to bring happiness and healing,” said owner and CEO Christine Egbert. “This celebration is about creating joy while helping CHOP’s facility dogs continue their incredible work with children and families.”

While the Bubble Blowout is not open to the general public, any dog successfully enrolled at Bark U before September 30 will be eligible to participate. All donations and proceeds will directly support CHOP’s facility program.

Located at 333 South Henderson Road, Bark U offers daycare, training, lodging, and grooming with a focus on community partnerships.
