Xfinity Live! to Undergo Name Change This Fall

Xfinity Live! will soon go by a new name as a result of a naming rights deal with a popular Philadelphia-born craft distillery.

Xfinity Live!, the popular South Philadelphia sporting dining and entertainment destination, will soon go by a new name, writes Hayden Mitman for NBC10 Philadelphia.

This fall, Xfinity Live! will become Stateside Live!

This is the result of a new partnership with Stateside Brands, the Philadelphia-born craft distillery headquartered in Kensington.

Stateside Brands CEO Matt Quigley said the partnership and subsequent naming rights deal is a tribute to the company’s Philadelphia roots and its embracement to the city’s strong and passionate sports scene.

“If you really look at the epicenter of our growth, it is rooted in Philadelphia, but particularly Philly sports,” said Quigley said in a statement. “We built our following one sporting event at a time, over a decade of tailgates and supporting our teams. This naming rights partnership is a full-circle crowning moment, and we look forward to many more years of building upon the excitement and privilege it is to be a fan in Philadelphia.”

Stateside offers one of Pennsylvania’s top selling spirits, along with the popular Surfside iced teas and lemonades.

This naming rights partnership is part of Live’s $20 million expansion project, which is expected to be completed in 2026.
