BET Investments Proposes New Mixed-Use Town Center and Community in Plymouth Meeting

BET Investments plans to redevelop a 40-year-old Plymouth office park into Plymouth Crossing, a mixed-use hub with housing and retail.

BET Investments has submitted sketch plans to transform a decades-old office park in Plymouth Meeting into a vibrant mixed-use community, the company announced in a press release.

The Conshohocken Ridge Corporate Center would become Plymouth Crossing, a modern live-work-play destination featuring 200 apartments, 20,000 square feet of retail, and a full-service grocery store.

The existing site at 625 W. Ridge Pike currently suffers from a 55% vacancy rate. BET’s plan would demolish three one-story office buildings to make way for housing and shops, while retaining the four-story AECOM building and other structures housing tenants like BluePearl Pet Hospital and Wills Eye.

Plymouth Crossing is projected to generate nearly $620,000 in annual tax revenue for Plymouth Township and the Colonial School District. This is ten times what the property currently brings.

With a nod to local service workers, 10% of the apartments will be offered at a 15% discount to teachers, first responders, and public safety employees.

BET Investments has delivered similar mixed-use success stories in the region, including the Promenade at Upper Dublin.
