Nine Montgomery County cities are among those with the fastest-growing home prices in Pennsylvania, according to a new report by Stacker.
Cities were ranked based on the dollar change in Zillow Home Values Index for all homes for the twelve months ending June 2025.
Gladwyne ranked second, just behind Edgeworth, with a typical home value of $1,517,236. That marks an increase of $60,717 in the last year, or 4.2 percent. Five-year data was unavailable.
Villanova came in third, where the typical home is valued at $1,470,311. Prices there rose by $59,199 in the past year, a 4.2 percent increase, though five-year data was unavailable.
Wynnewood took seventh spot, with home values averaging $793,439 after a one-year increase of $37,974, or 5.0 percent. Over five years, prices climbed by $265,262, a 50.2 percent jump.
Also making the top ten, Narberth came eighth with a typical home value of $823,886. That reflects a $34,958 rise in the past year, or 4.4 percent, and a five-year increase of $263,827, up 47.1 percent.
Also making the Top 50 list are Bala Cynwyd in eleventh place, Bryn Mawr in twelfth, Fort Washington at No. 35, Conshohocken at No. 42, and Bryn Athyn at No. 49.
