Montgomery County Community College (MCCC) invites applications for the open position of Judicial Affairs and Community Standards Manager.

The Judicial Affairs and Community Standards Manager, reporting to the Dean of Students, promotes a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment by overseeing the student conduct process and fostering adherence to campus standards.

This role leads investigations into potential policy violations, facilitates equitable resolution processes, and develops educational initiatives to inform students about their rights, responsibilities, and the principles of civility and accountability. The manager also designs and delivers training and programs related to student policies and institutional compliance, while collaborating with key stakeholders to support student development and uphold community expectations.

*This position requires the PA Child Abuse Clearance, PA State Police Check, and FBI Fingerprints as a condition of employment.
**This position has been approved for a flexible work option arrangement. Flexible work options can be ended at any time by the College, Cabinet, and/or supervisors based on employee performance and/or as institutional needs change.
***This position has college-wide responsibilities and requires travel between all campuses and off-site locations. The location of work will mainly be at the Blue Bell campus.

Essential Education, Training, Skills, and Work Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, Counseling, Student Affairs, or related field required; master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience directly related to student conduct or judicial affairs.
  • Strong leadership skills, judgment, cultural competence, emotional intelligence, and highly developed listening, speaking, writing, and organizational skills required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Colleague (or similar student information system).
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in the use of Maxient or similar student conduct software.
  • Ability to work well with different people from diverse backgrounds and communities to promote cooperative interactions and outcomes.
