Professionals in Blue Bell now have a new, modern option for flexible workspaces, thanks to the arrival of Office Evolution at Five Sentry Park East.
Located at 325 Sentry Parkway East, Suite 301, the newly opened Office Evolution spans nearly 13,000 square feet. The space offers 68 private offices, a coworking area, two conference rooms, a café, and a lounge. It is designed to meet the growing demand for adaptable, professional environments outside the traditional office mold.
The new franchise is owned and operated by Lee Anderson, a longtime Philadelphia-area resident and former financial and technology executive. Anderson said Office Evolution’s dynamic approach appealed to him after seeing how it compared to other coworking models.
“The traditional office is changing, flex industry is creating dynamic spaces more suited to modern work styles,” Anderson said.
Office Evolution is set within the amenity-rich Sentry Park complex. The new site features a gym, conference facilities, a training room, and a grab-and-go café.
Anderson, a LaSalle University and Drexel University graduate, and CFA Charterholder, brings deep business experience to his new venture — and a strong local connection, having spent years supporting community causes like youth hockey.
