Stella of New Hope has introduced a refresh of its bar menu, featuring new elevated snacks and bites and its first-ever Adult Happy Meal, writes Jeff Werner for the Patch.
The new bar menu from Executive Chef Keith Bernstein is offered nightly during dinner service in the cozy 12-seat bar. It features several dishes from the regular dinner menu along with some bites that are only available at the bar.
The full menu includes Oysters on the Half, Artisanal Cheese Plate, Burrata & Local Fruit, Moroccan Cauliflower, Short Rib Wontons, Traditional or Parmesan Pommes Frites, and Wagyu Burger.
In addition, on Tuesdays to Thursdays, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., bar guests can order an Adult Happy Meal with the viral pairing that has become a huge hit on social media: fries and a martini.
Additional drink options, including wine and beer, are available, all served with traditional or parmesan pommes frites plus a choice of truffle aioli, sambal aioli, or curry ketchup.
Stella is located next to the Bucks County Playhouse inside the Ghost Light Inn, overlooking the Delaware River.
