Club Studio Fitness is set to open a 50,000-square-foot gym in the Wynnewood Shopping Center, marking its first Pennsylvania location, writes Ryan Sharoow for the Philadelphia Business Journal.
The upscale fitness chain, based in Irvine, California, will occupy the former Bed Bath & Beyond space. It is slated to open in spring 2026.
The gym will feature state-of-the-art cardio and weight equipment, a juice bar, and advanced recovery services such as cryotherapy and red light therapy. It will also include personal stretch stations, studio classes, and high-end locker rooms. Club Studio Fitness is a premium concept under Fitness International—parent company of LA Fitness, Esporta Fitness, and City Sports Club. They aim to bring a luxury workout experience to the Main Line.
Federal Realty Investment Trust, owner of the shopping center, plans to reconfigure the former store’s ground-floor lobby to create two additional 1,000-square-foot retail spaces. Existing tenants include Giant, DSW, P.J. Whelihan’s, Sola Salon Studios, Sabrina’s Cafe, and Spread Bagelry.
