A Chester County teenager has been busy making bracelets for the upcoming Super Bowl, writes Shawnette Wilson for Fox29 Philadelphia.
13-year-old Samantha started her beaded bracelet business, Samantha’s Beads, after the Philadelphia Eagles won the NFC Championship title. As Eagles fans are spirited and loyal, they were more than happy to support the small business, with beaded bracelets decked out in Eagles colors and letters.
The Exton-based teen spends time working on the bracelets after school at her house, where she has a complex workstation set up. Samantha’s mother, Nicole, helped her set up a Facebook page to sell the bracelets.
“We’ve already shipped to California, Delaware, and 30 are going to New Hampshire for a watch party,” said Nicole.
Each bracelet is $6, and Samantha has sold over 250 so far. She doesn’t plan on stopping anytime soon and says she will start working on bracelets for the Phillies next.
Samantha loves the Eagles and is excited to watch them, hopefully, take home the win this Sunday.
