Toll Brothers Brings Luxury Homes to Delray Beach’s Limited Market

Fort Washington-based Toll Brothers announces plans to build luxury single-family homes in Delray Beach, Florida.

Fort Washington-based Toll Brothers has announced plans to develop a luxury residential community in Delray Beach, Florida, reports Brian Bandell for Philadelphia Business Journal.

The new property is called Layton Pointe and will feature 31 single-family homes. The homes will range in size from 2,632 to 4,187 square feet, offering between three and six bedrooms. Prices will start at $1.4 million.

Toll Brothers acquired the 11-acre property, formerly Christ the King Monastery. It’s located at 3900 Sherwood Boulevard for $8.5 million in December. The site was already zoned for single-family homes, streamlining the development process. Sales for Layton Pointe are expected to begin in the spring of 2025.

Southeast Florida division president, Jonathan Carter expressed excitement about the project. “Our new Layton Pointe community will offer residents the rare opportunity to build a new construction home in prestigious Delray Beach,” he said. Carter emphasized the spacious layouts and customizable features available through the Toll Brothers Design Studio, which will provide buyers with a unique luxury living experience.

Delray Beach has limited land available for single-family home development, making Layton Pointe a notable addition to the area. Toll Brothers has other Florida projects in the works including a high-end housing community near Boca Raton.
