Quality Inn Hotel in West Goshen Demolished to Pave Way for Two New Projects

The Quality Inn Hotel has been demolished to make way for a new assisted living and memory care facility and indoor self-storage units.

The Quality Inn Hotel in West Goshen, formerly known as the Treadway Inn, has been demolished to make way for a new assisted living and memory care facility and indoor self-storage units, writes Bill Rettew for The Daily Local News.

Builder Charter Senior Living of Pennsylvania, set to include approximately 160 units, will begin construction in the second quarter of 2025, with completion expected by the fourth quarter of the following year. The builder owns a total of 69 communities east of Mississippi.

The climate-controlled self-storage facility will span approximately 110,000 square feet and is being co-developed by Bruce Panczner, a West Chester resident and owner of Paradise Management in Malvern.

According to Panczner, the self-storage facility will take approximately one year to develop, with construction set to begin halfway through the build of the assisted living and memory care facility.

The two projects will move “across the finish line at the same time,” he said. “The current product on the market is aged and it’s an honor to provide brand new assisted living opportunities to my neighbors.”
