Joe Rogan has been king of his domain, hosting the most popular podcast out there on Spotify and Apple Music.

That is, until Dec. 5, when a newcomer debuted her first episode, writes Maurico Viladegutt for Newsweek.

Kylie Kelce presented the first podcast episode of her new series, “Not Gonna Lie” on that date and her show quickly climbed to the number two spot on the charts.

By Monday, Dec. 9, Kelce’s podcast overtook Rogan’s and has remained strong since.

The 32-year-old talked about life in the public spotlight, which she described as “interesting.”

Kylie is, of course, wife of former Philadelphia Eagles player Jason Kelce, whose brother, Travis is dating pop superstar Taylor Swift.

“When I said ‘I prefer to be behind the scenes,’ I very much meant that… I don’t like attention on me,” before adding, “So the last two years have forced me to turn it into a positive, to figure out how to control the narrative, and to embrace it. And I think that perfectly sums up why we’re here.”

Her increased visibility does have an upside. Those things she cares about–field hockey, women’s sports, philanthropic endeavors—are more visible because she has visibility.
