Art in the Age Spirits, which is bottled in Ambler, will now offer two of its spirits across ten Fine Wine and Good Spirits stores.

Art in the Age Spirits, bottled in Ambler, is officially hitting stores in Pennsylvania, writes Emma Dooling for Philadelphia Business Journal.

The New Hampshire-based distillery’s spirits will be available in 10 Fine Wine and Good Spirits stores, including Flourtown, Ardmore, and Ambler. The two featured spirits are its Siege of Wolves Spiced Rum and Dunce Bourbon Whiskey.

The initial focus is to ensure a strong performance in these ten stores, according to owner Steven Grasse. From there, he hopes to expand across PA’s 600 locations. Pennsylvania is one of the largest single buyers of liquor in the country.

Grasse spoke of the difficulty of cracking into the state stores. “First, it was kind of frustrating that it was taking so long,” he said. “Then I realized what’s happened was it helped really build up the buzz and anticipation for us to be in the stores. So it worked out well.”

Art in the Age Spirits are already sold in 55 Philadelphia-area bars and restaurants. Grasse hopes to triple their imprint in the area in 2025.

Beyond that, Grasse wants to open 5 new retail locations in the new year. These locations will likely be stores-within-stores.

“Once we get [Pennsylvania] cooking, then we go national in a big way,” Grasse said.
