Experience Fall at Its Finest: Yardley’s Shady Brook Farm Shines in Pennsylvania’s ‘It’s Fall-ier’ Campaign
A new campaign titled “It’s Fall-ier in Pennsylvania” highlights the state’s premier status as the top destination for experiencing autumn at its finest, from stunning fall foliage to historic haunts.
The campaign was launched by the Department of Community and Economic Development as part of Visit PA Pennsylvania: The Great American Getaway travel initiative.
“Fall is just better in Pennsylvania, and this year, we plan to prove it and inspire the millions who live within a four-hour drive of Pennsylvania to plan their perfect fall getaway,” said DCED Deputy Secretary of Tourism Anne Ryan.
Visit PA launched a new television spot shot mostly at Shady Brook Farm in Yardley, the No. 1 leaf peeping destination in the U.S. this year, according to Priceline. It is the anchor in a large media mix campaign.
The campaign also covers road-traveling with the “It’s Fall-ier Swagon.” This mobile experiential tour through several East Coast cities – New York and Baltimore included – aims to show why the Keystone State is the ultimate fall destination.
Meanwhile, Visit PA’s Ghostly Getaway contest gives fright fanatics a chance to win an overnight stay in a “be-spooked” room at the “boo-tique” Guild House Hotel in Philadelphia.
