Valley Forge Casio Resort has begun renovations of its food court. The new hall will open in 2025 and feature three distinct dining concepts.

Valley Forge Casino Resort in King of Prussia, PA, is renovating its food court, reports Emma Dooling for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

The new food hall is set to open in early 2025. The casino, owned by Boyd Gaming Corp., announced the renovation, which will replace the current food court located in the Casino Tower near the gaming floor. Construction is already underway, and the updated space will seat 131 people.

The new food hall will feature three distinct dining concepts offering Mexican, American, and Asian cuisine. There will also be a coffee shop. While the casino has not disclosed the names of the eateries or the cost of the renovation, Ron Bailey, Vice President and General Manager, emphasized that the changes are part of enhancing the guest experience. “Offering an appealing dining selection with high-quality options for every occasion,” Bailey said in a statement.

Valley Forge Casino Resort, which boasts a 36,000-square-foot gaming floor, two hotels, and 25,000 square feet of meeting and event space, has seen significant growth. In August, it reported over $70.8 million in revenue, a 45 percent increase compared to the same month in 2023. The casino also led Southeastern Pennsylvania’s five casinos in total revenue for 2023, with $763.74 million.

The renovation comes amidst other changes in the regional casino market. Rivers Casino and Parx Casino’s has also made recent property acquisitions and closures.
