The Power Women of the Main Line, Include 5 From Delaware County

The Chameleon Day Spa Team in Media. Megan Crocetto, owner of the spa, is one of 21 women featured on a Main Line Today Power Women list.

Delaware County is home to five Power Women making a difference, part of a group of 21 women highlighted by Main Line Today for their resilience, ambition and influence.

Shelly Hughes of Media Borough is the founder and CEO of Nolia Roots, a strategic marketing agency that began in 2020, writes Gina Lizzo for Main Line Today.

Megan Crocetto is the owner of Media Borough’s Chameleon Day Spa. The second floor is the nonprofit Nova and Nadia’s Closet, named for her twin daughters, providing clothing and blankets to preemies in the NICUs of Main Line hospitals.

.Kimby Kimmel and Amy Fink are co-owners of Ilyan Jewelry in Haverford, a business that started in 2020 in response to the pandemic shut down.  

They love to give back with fundraising events for local schools and charities.

Ginny Palmieri of Broomall is cofounder & CEO of myNextory, which she launched in 2023 with Grace Migliaccio. The company provides career advice to professionals.

Dr. Lauren Rosen is a Primary Care internist and founder of LSR Wellness, which she founded in 2021 in Haverford.  LSR Wellness offers personalized care in an industry that feels more and more impersonal.

“We’ve lost that family-doctor understanding,” she said. “It’s a really important relationship, and you can’t have a relationship unless someone knows who you are.”
