Bluebird Distilling, a Phoenixville-based distillery, is launching two new liqueurs, writes Emma Dooling for the Philadelphia Business Journal.
The two new coffee-based liqueurs came from the distillery’s cafe and cocktail bar brand, Char & Stave. On Sept. 29, the distillery unveiled the Char & Stave Coffee Liqueur and the Char & Stave Café Liqueur, both of which will be available for purchase in Pennsylvania’s Fine Wine & Good Spirits stores.
The bottles will also be available for shipping to 42 states.
The coffee liqueur is made with Char & Stave Arabica coffee and Bluebird Distilling Vodka, with includes notes of chocolate and citrus. It is 60-proof and retails as a 750-milliliter bottle for $34.99
The Café Amaro is expertly blended with citrus and botanicals. This 60-proof liqueur is also sold in a 750-milliliter bottle, retailing for $39.99
The two coffee liqueur releases are perfect for the coming autumn season and marks Char & Stave’s expansion into craft spirits.
