Fort Washington-based Toll Brothers has announced that work is underway on its newest luxury home community in Royersford, reports Citybiz.

The new community, Hearthfield will include 54 single-family home sites and expect to open for sale in early 2025.

The intimate Toll Brothers neighborhood is located just minutes from Collegeville and it offers a variety of spacious two- and three-story home designs. The community is designed in such a way so that each home is positioned on a cul-de-sac.

The floor plans range from 3,029 to 3,672+ square feet and boast modern architecture. They feature four to five bedrooms as well as three and a half to four and a half bathrooms. Homes will offer flexible living spaces, two-car garages, and a basement.

“Our new Hearthfield community will offer residents a rare blend of serenity and convenience,” said John Dean, Division President of Toll Brothers in Pennsylvania and Delaware. “With large, open floor plans and unrivaled personalization options through the Toll Brothers Design Studio experience, this new construction community will set a new standard for luxury living in Royersford.”

Located within the prestigious Spring-Ford Area School District, Hearthfield will also offer proximity to commuter routes as well as many shopping, dining, art, and entertainment options in nearby Phoenixville, King of Prussia, and Philadelphia.
