Six Bucks County Places Make List of Most Expensive Homes in Pennsylvania

Bucks County is home to six towns that are among the places with the most expensive homes in Pennsylvania.

Bucks County is home to six towns that are among the top 30 places with the most expensive homes in Pennsylvania, according to a recently released ranking by Stacker. To compile the list, Stacker used data from Zillow.

Places are ranked based on the Zillow Home Values Index for all homes as of July 2024.

New Hope ranked highest on the list in fourth place with a typical home value of $867,709. This represents a one-year increase in value of 5.7 percent and a five-year increase of 48.3 percent.

Richboro is next at No. 14 with a median home value of $663,394. This is a one-year value increase of 5.2 percent, and a five-year increase of 44.7 percent.

Yardley ranked at No.24 with a typical home value of $585,148, while Chalfont came in at No. 28 with an average home value of $569,202.

The list is rounded out by Ivyland at No. 29 with an average home value of $552,970 and Langhorne at No. 30 with a typical home value of $550,117.
