Portfolio Manager III

This position ensures all Service Level Agreements, regulatory compliance requirements, and the bank’s credit risk profiles and profitability are monitored and maintained; protects and preserves the integrity of the pooled or individual portfolio while sustaining profitability, accurately accessing/managing risk, and managing the annual review process; and analyzes the most complex portfolio relationships. He/she also prepares financial models and credit memorandums and has extensive knowledge of credit policies with the ability to apply them to a variety of situations.

The ideal candidate will possess three to five years of banking experience and extensive knowledge of and experience with credit policies and procedures. He/she demonstrates the ability to coach, lead, and motivate and has strong interpersonal skills and good communication skills. The person must be a Vikar Subject Matter Expert and have a proven history of managing high-volume workflows.

Portfolio Manager IV

This position effectively tracks and monitors financial reporting requirements and reviews Borrowing Base certificates; provides loan recommendations based on a review of all underwriting criteria for final approval; and exercises adherence to internal portfolio/underwriting processes, including timely and accurate data entry to Vikar and/or other centralized systems. He/she assists others to solve problems, leads projects with notable risk and complexity, and develops the strategy for project execution.

The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of Business Credit/Commercial Extensive experience with credit policies and procedures. He/she will demonstrate the ability to coach, lead, and motivate and will have strong interpersonal skills and good oral written communication skills. The person must be a Vikar Subject Matter Expert and have a proven history of managing high-volume workflows.

Client Services Manager

The position ensures that all client service issues are handled in an expeditious manner, upholding the highest standards of service excellence. He/she is also responsible for assisting the Commercial Banking Division to meet all its stated financial and production goals either through effective and efficient commercial loan processing.

The ideal candidate will have a college degree and intermediate efficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). He/she will have excellent communication skills. Prior work experience in a commercial bank environment is preferred.
