Glenmoore to Get New Million-Dollar Neighborhood
Glenmoore – called The Village by locals – will soon be home to a million-dollar home neighborhood currently under development at the former Heim Farm, writes Kevin Riordan for The Philadelphia Inquirer.
The town is a community of two-lane roads and stunning views that have mostly remained unchanged and are still thriving despite the growing number of suburban-style residential neighborhoods that continue to pop up in the vicinity.
The Estates at Stonecliff will have 36 semi-custom homes, each set on half-acre lots. The land was under cultivation until last year.
“The homes will be nestled up here and [the development] will be surrounded pretty much on all sides by existing woodlands,” said Mike Long, production manager for Fort Washington-based Foxlane Homes.
“It’s rare to find a community where no homesite backs up to another,” added Foxlane Homes sales manager Nicole Fitzgerald. “There will be a lot of privacy. And the views are stunning.”
Prices of the homes will start at around $1 million.
Estates at Stonecliff is one of several large developments that have been approved or are already under construction in Glenmoore since 2020 along what has traditionally been a rural stretch of Devereux Road.
