The billionaire founder of King of Prussia’s Universal Health Services, Alan B. Miller sold his Florida vacation home for a pretty penny, reports Brian Bandell for the Philadelphia Business Journal. 

Gladwyne’s Miller originally purchased the 7,167 square foot property in 1992 for $2.25 million. Thirty-two years later, he sold the property for $18.25 million to Corinne Anne Buckley of Prostagenix, a prosthetic health company, at a more than 700 percent profit.

The mansion sits on a half acre in Manalapan, Florida. It has five bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, a game room, elevator, and a pool.

Miller isn’t done with waterfront vacations. In March, he purchased a mansion in Palm Beach for $14.05 million.

The billionaire who relinquished control of Universal Health Services to his son in 2021, founded the company in 1979. The company operates over 350 hospitals across the nation. Last year, it ranked at No. 299 on the Fortune 500 list. The Miller family net worth is estimated around $2.3 billion.
