For Owner of Chester County Training, Inspiring Others to Live Healthier Lifestyle Is Biggest Achievement
For Adam Lieb, a personal trainer and owner of Chester County Training in South Coventry, inspiring others to live a healthier lifestyle is the greatest achievement of his career, writes Courtney Diener-Stokes for The Daily Local News.
“I worked with hundreds of different people over the past 17 years,” Lieb said. “Some of my clients I have from when I started my business. I have had many clients who completely changed their lives. This is a great feeling.”
When he prepares programs for individuals, Lieb, who got his bachelor’s degree in exercise science from East Stroudsburg University and his master’s in sport and exercise physiology from West Chester University, tries to look at what they are doing at the time and make small adjustments.
These are tailored to work with their beliefs and lifestyles.
“Tracking your food for a short time is one of the most beneficial things you can do,” he said.
And during the summer, he prefers to get his clients outdoors.
“I have even done pool workouts with people that include special strength equipment for the water,” he said.
