Listed on Zillow for $500,000, the Hamilton house at 835 Hughes Drive stands out with bubblegum pink shutters and salmon-pink walls, kitchen cabinets, and floors, all complemented by splashy 70s flower wallpaper. 

Built in 1977, this three-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bathroom house, which spans 1,778 square feet, has undergone significant upgrades under the ownership of social media influencer and purse designer Kate Gabrielle.  

Since purchasing the home in 2022, Gabrielle has transformed it into a colorful haven, attracting widespread attention for her DIY projects and home renovation content on Instagram. 

 The home also features a distinctive 60s-themed living room and a vibrant home theater. 

Recent updates include a new screened-in front porch, custom-made tiles, and three new skylights.
