So Much To Give Inclusive Cafe in Skippack offers a safe and loving environment for individuals with special needs and their families, according to a staff report from 6abc.

The cafe was created in 2022 when its founders realized there was a need in the community for
additional programs and activities for people with disabilities.

The cafe, which is working in partnership with the Pillars of Love and Light Charity, offers its employees a
nurturing work environment.

Employees develop social and vocational skills through their various roles in the restaurant, allowing them to grow and thrive, while also serving delicious food for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Each month, employees also participate in different events, such as “Dinner and Bingo”, trivia nights,
workshops, and many others.

In addition, every first Thursday of each month, the So Much To Give Inclusive Cafe hosts resource meetings for parents.

Usually, the meetings are used to discuss housing opportunities to provide employees with more independent
living.

For many adults with disabilities, finding suitable employment can be challenging. The cafe offers a space to empower them.

“It’s a dream come true,” said cafe co-founder Tyle Kammerle. “You look forward to going to work every day.”
