Three Montgomery County colleges are among the top ten best four-year institutions in Pennsylvania, according to Stacker.

Three Montgomery County colleges are among the top ten best four-year institutions in Pennsylvania, according to a recently released report by Stacker.

To compile the list, Stacker used rankings from Niche. The main factors used in determining the rankings include tuition, student-to-faculty ratio, acceptance rate, and graduation rate.

Villanova University ranked highest in third place. The school has an acceptance rate of 25 percent and a net price of $33,123. Its SAT range is between 1350 and 1490. Villanova received an A+ Niche grade.

Haverford College is right behind in fourth place. The school has an even lower acceptance rate of 18 percent but also boasts a lower net price of $24,462. The SAT range is between 1420 and 1540. Haverford also received an A+ grade from Niche.

The list is rounded out by Bryn Mawr College in tenth place. Bryn Mawr has an acceptance rate of 39 percent and a net price of $34,482. The school’s SAT range is between 1310 and 1500. Niche awarded it a grade A.
