Otto’s Supper Club & Social will seat 20 people and offer supper club dinners for $75 per person as well as cooking and floral design classes and other social events.

Classes will start generally at $55, and guests will need to buy tickets in advance for all events.

Powers, 39, will also use the space for her catering company Power Events, and for private events.

A respected figure in the Philadelphia culinary scene, she has worked for Chef Georges Perrier at Brasserie Perrier and helped Stephen Starr open several of his restaurants. She has even spent time as a private chef.
