CBG Building Company is in the final stages of constructing Jefferson Apartment Group’s final building in Fort Washington, writes Ryan Genova for Glenside Local.

The topping-out ceremony, a tradition in construction where the placement of the final structural beam is celebrated, will take the first week of March.

The project is expected to be completed by January 2025.

The development includes three five-story buildings with both surface parking and individual covered garages.

One-, two- and three-bedroom units feature stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, tile backsplashes, and plank flooring.

JAG Fort Washington will offer amenities such as a grand club room with a bar, a game room with billiards and shuffleboard, a fitness center, a movie theater, and co-working spaces.

The grounds will include pickleball courts, a dog park as well as a courtyard with a swimming pool.
