A Conshohocken Pharmaceuticals Distributor Will Have a New CEO Come the Fall

Cencora has selected Robert P. Mauch (right) to succeed Steven Collis (left) as CEO of the Conshohocken company.

Cencora, a large pharmaceutical distributor based in Conshohocken, recently announced its plans for new leadership this fall, writes Harold Brubaker for Philadelphia Business Journal.

The company’s current chief operating officer Robert P. Mauch will succeed the current CEO Steve Collis effective October 1.

Steve Collis who has led the company since 2011 is retiring. He will become the executive chairman of the board.

Cencora was formerly known as AmerisourceBergen. Under Collis’ leadership, the company has more than tripled its annual revenue and has grown the company from 46,000 to 10,000 employees.

Mauch has been with Cencora since 2007.
