Jeremy Thomas, Chase Thomas, and Robert Woloshin — the proprietors of Manny’s Restaurant and Delicatessen in Holland and Manny’s Deli Stop in Willow Grove — have always believed that a meal should be an experience.

Well, in the spirit of Valentine’s Day, their eateries are offering quite the experience for meat lovers: a Valentine’s Day Meat Bouquet. And in the case of this unique culinary creation, the picture above is worth 1,000 words … and perhaps that many calories.

The Valentine’s Day Meat Bouquet features hand-crafted roses made from premium meats and cheeses. They’re arranged to create a savory symphony of love that combines the artistry of charcuterie with the sentiment of the occasion.

Noteworthy for its departure from Valentine’s Day clichés, like chocolate and flowers, the Meat Bouquet is perfect for celebrating love with friends, family, or just your significant other.

“The idea actually came from our manager, Abby Mauro, who is a charcuterie board connoisseur,” said Woloshin. “She was lamenting the fact that she hated flowers and would much prefer to be given food. She made up a prototype, and we ran with it.”

The Valentine’s Day Meat Bouquet is available only on Wednesday, Feb. 14 and can be ordered for pickup at both Manny’s Restaurant and Delicatessen and Manny’s Deli Stop.

Manny’s Delis are named in honor of the legendary chef who served 1,000-plus meals per day to kids, including the Thomases and Woloshin, during the summer season at Camp Nock-A-Mixon in Kintnersville. The three men wanted to position their establishments, like the dining hall of their youth, as a community center of friends, memories, and delicious meals that conjure the same feelings of happiness and health from their childhood.
