Robert and William Riday have always been close so it makes sense that they would choose to retire at the same time, writes Matteo Iadonisi for 6abc.
They have worked together at the Bryn Mawr Post Office for almost 40 years. Robert as a letter carrier and William as a distribution clerk.
“Without him sorting the mail, I can’t do my job,” Robert said.
The Riday brothers grew up in southwest Philly in a small home and were always doing everything together.
6abc recently visited with the brothers on the job at the Bryn Mawr Post Office.
