Kelsey Waller, RN comes to CHDC with extensive clinical expertise specializing in women’s health as a Registered Nurse with experience at both Einstein Medical Center and Phoenixville Hospital.

Ms. Waller earned her M.S. in Nursing from Drexel University in Philadelphia, her B.S. in Nursing from Milligan University in Milligan, Tennessee, and completed clinical rotations at Community Health & Dental Care’s OBGYN department in Pottstown as well as other women’s health facilities.

CHDC’s comprehensive OB/GYN Women’s Health Program understands the needs of its patients from Teens to Adults offering full gynecological and obstetric care. Gynecologic care includes services such as Pap Smears, Breast Exams, Contraception, Menopause Counseling, STD Testing and Education.

Obstetrics provides expectant mothers and their babies with compassionate prenatal and postpartum care, breastfeeding support, and more.

We accept most major Commercial, Medicare, and Medicare supplement plans, Fee for Service Medicaid, and Managed Care Medicaid plans and provide a health care discount for eligible uninsured and underinsured patients.

For qualified patients receiving a 100% healthcare discount, the nominal fee for a medical/behavioral health/vision visit is $20, $35 for a dental visit, and $5 for a prescription.

CHDC can offer the health care discount because we receive annual funding from our Federal partner, the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) since 2012 as a designated Federally Qualified Health Center.
