Philadelphia-based Rite Aid has added another seven Philadelphia-area locations to its sale list amid its Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings, including one in Montgomery County, writes Paul Schwedelson for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

With these latest additions, the retail pharmacy currently has 84 retail leases and 21 fee-owned properties available for sale across fourteen states. There are eight fewer available leases available than on November 5, including one local listing.

Most of the locations that have been put on the market range between 5,000 square feet and 15,000 square feet.

The Montgomery County store that was recently added to the list of Philadelphia-area leases and fee-owned properties now for sale is at 1650 Limeklin Pike in Dresher. The lease store is 8,640 square feet.

Meanwhile, the store that is no longer on the list, meaning that it has likely already been sold or placed under agreement, is at 350 Main Street in Pennsburg. The lease store is 11,064 square feet.
