Philadelphia Eagles powerhouse Jason Kelce has acquired another piece of land that adjoins his existing Haverford property and is planning to build a giant mansion there, writes Mary K. Jacob for the New York Post.
The 36-year-old six-time Pro Bowl center originally bought and settled in a modest but elegant home in the area in 2018. He acquired the four-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom after marrying Kylie McDevitt.
At the time, he managed to snag the one-acre property for $680,000, which was $120,000 lower than the initial listing price.
The Haverford-based property boasts lovely views and luxurious amenities, including an in-ground pool as well as a spacious wraparound deck.
Two years after buying the original property, Jason Kelce purchased the adjacent site spanning eight acres for $3.96 million. Then in September this year, he paid $1.35 million for another adjacent home.
He plans to demolish the existing structures on the properties to make a single sprawling estate that will include a giant mansion. This architectural wonderland will be decked out with a plethora of luxuries and amenities.
