Rutkowski, LP is seeking approval from Abington Township to expand Hopewell Veterinary Hospital at 640 Cedar Road in Jenkintown, writes Ryan Genova for the Glenside Local.

The 1,048 square feet expansion would include a building addition and parking improvements, a driveway, walkways, and landscaping as well as other improvements.

Currently, the property is home to a two-story veterinary hospital and a two-story frame garage/barn.

Rutkowski presented the plans to the Abington Township Planning Commission on Wednesday, December 20.

At the meeting plans for the redevelopment of the St. Basil’s Academy property were also discussed.
