The Bob Kelley residential real estate team has returned to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach four years after leaving for rival Compass, writes Ryan Mulligan for Philadelphia Business Journal.

The team, which grew from the original 8 agents to 18 agents, closed more than $73 million in sales in the past year.

Kelley said that Fox & Roach’s strong presence in the region with offices throughout the Philadelphia suburbs, South Jersey, and the Jersey Shore, was a “big determining factor” in moving back.

The brokerage recently expanded its footprint through a merger with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New Jersey Properties, adding 15 offices and 650 real estate agents to the roster.

Bob Kelley’s team will work out of Fox & Roach’s Blue Bell office. Fox & Roach has been ranked No. 1 in the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network for the last eight years.

“For the agents who were here before, it was a bit of a homecoming,” Kelley said. “If we were going to go anywhere we would go here.”

Kelley’s team includes Elizabeth Abiaad, Kathy Givigliano, Barbara Grosso, Devon Kelly, Stephanie Krawulski, Jonathan Marshall, Elizabeth Marshall, Matthew Mulray, Anthony Philipps, Jerry Pickett, Laura Prior, Scott Rego, Michelle Terrelonge, Theresa Underwood, Jaime Venarchik, Anthony White, Iris Zettler and Jessica Farrell.
