Salvatore Pasceri, an Ambler Borough Councilman for many years and a lifelong Ambler resident, passed away on October 8 at the age of 83.

He also served as president of the Ambler Borough Council, writes Ryan Genova for Around Ambler.

Pasceri was a graduate of Ambler High School and served in the U.S. Army, according to his obituary. He also worked for Honeywell before he retired.

The Ambler Borough Police Department expressed its sympathy to Pasceri’s family in a statement: “He was a tremendous friend to the Ambler Borough Police Department not only as a councilman but also as a resident who cared so much for this town. He will be missed.”

Pasceri is survived by his wife Dolores and their 3 children: Salvatore Pasceri Jr., Mark Pasceri and Michael Marin as well as his grandchildren and two of his brothers.
