Jen Crompton and her husband Jeff built a strong fitness community through their Ardmore boxing and spin studio and now she is expanding that community through a new book, writes Melissa Jacob for Main Line Tonight.

Fuel Cycle Fitness was an award-winning fitness studio, but unfortunately like what happened to many businesses, the pandemic hit the studio hard forcing the Crompton’s to make the tough decision to close in October 2020.

“It was a difficult decision to close that chapter,” Jen Crompton said. “I didn’t want to lose this community that we’d worked so hard to build.”

She soon realized though that just because the studio was gone it didn’t have to mean the community they had built was gone too.

To continue that community and expand it, she has published a new book: Fueling Your Best: The 90-Day Challenge.

The workbook style book builds upon a program that she started at her studio. Broken into categories like Fuel, Sweat, Live, Give, Laugh and Live, it takes readers on a journey to become their best selves.
