After Delaware County woman Nikki Bullock demonstrated an immense act of bravery in a now viral video, she and her girlfriend received an outpouring of support from the community and even strangers online, writes Jenice Armstrong for The Philadelphia Inquirer.

In a terrifying encounter near Philadelphia’s City Hall, Bullock was making an Uber Eats delivery when she faced off with a motorcyclist, who shattered her car’s rear window, endangering two small children inside.

Without hesitation, she confronted the assailant, who pointed a gun at her. But despite the harrowing encounter Bullock did not back down. The assailant head butted her with his helmet, but she still pushed the motorcyclist away. The intense confrontation was captured on video.

In the aftermath, a heartwarming wave of community support enveloped Nikki and her girlfriend, Alexis, who was in the car with her.

Otto Glass Repair offered to mend the broken window, while Thomas Montgomery Jr., owner of The Wiz Café in North Philly, assisted with expenses and treated the family to a comforting meal.

Additionally, kind strangers, finding her account online, contributed funds, which helped Nikki replace her damaged 2012 Ford Fusion.
