If you are in the Collegeville area on Friday, you might catch the camera crews from “The Bachelor” hanging out at the Collegeville Italian Bakery, writes Franki Rudnesky for PhillyVoice.

The bakery owned by Steve Carcarey and his wife Patrizia was chosen as one of the locations for Royersford native Joey Graziadei’s season.

The filming which begins at 10:30 a.m. on Friday is open to the public, as long as they are over the age of 18 or accompanied by an adult. Some lucky fans might even appear on TV. The bakery is located at 3846 Ridge Pike.

“I think we’re going to have a great turnout, and that’s our main goal,” said Steve Carcarey. “Joey deserves it. This is his time to shine, and we want to make Joey proud and ‘The Bachelor’ proud that his hometown is backing him up on this. We’re humbled that he chose us and we’re gonna do everything in our power to make this a great opportunity for Joey.”

Graziadei grew up in Collegeville and played tennis at West Chester University. More recently, he was a tennis instructor in Hawaii. He quickly won hearts of fans as a contestant on season 20 of “The Bachelorette” and now he will continue to search for love on “The Bachelor.”
