James Li is a recipient of a Future Under 40 Award from Pennsylvania Bankers Association for making a tremendous impact on his institution, the community, and the industry.

James Li, senior vice president/commercial and industrial lending team leader at Penn Community Bank has been recognized as a rising star by the leading largest financial services industry organization in the state.

Li is a recipient of a Future Under 40 Award from Pennsylvania Bankers Association for making a tremendous impact on his institution, the community, and the industry.

He has worked in the banking industry since 2007 and joined Penn Community Bank in 2010. He now leads a team focused on commercial and industrial lending in Bucks and Montgomery counties for Penn Community Bank.

He says that because Penn Community Bank is a solutions-based community institution, it is easier to build real relationships with business customers of any size.

Li was born and raised in China and grew up in Pittsburgh. Today, he lives locally with this wife and children.
