Penn Community Bank is officially entering the Lehigh Valley market. The financial institution announced its newest branch and business center in Allentown. The 3090 Tilghman Street site is the bank’s first retail office outside Bucks and Montgomery Counties. It will support the organization’s existing commercial banking and lending presence.
“As a proud Lehigh Valley native, I’m so excited to bring true community banking to Allentown,” said Jeane M. Vidoni, president and CEO of Penn Community Bank.
“Penn Community Bank has deep relationships and shared values with the Lehigh Valley business community, and now we’re thrilled to have our first branch location to serve individuals, families, and communities. We know the power of a trusted financial partner in helping our customers start, grow, or stay in this special place,” she commented.
Lewis C. Cyr, EVP, Chief Lending Officer, noted: “Penn Community Bank’s new Allentown Branch and Business Center is just the first step in a coordinated expansion effort into the Lehigh Valley. As we begin work on this location and further introduce ourselves to the market, we’re already planning additional locations to follow.
“Whether in Bucks County, Montgomery County — or now Lehigh County — Penn Community Bank’s commitment to values-based banking and lending is a game changer for customers and communities.”
Slated for opening in 4Q2022, the new location includes full-service, state of the art branch amenities for both business and personal customers.
