Inc. just put out its list of the fastest-growing companies in the United States and the Philadelphia area, including Montgomery County, was well-represented, writes Ryan Mulligan for Philadelphia Business Journal.

One hundred and forty-three companies in the Philadelphia region are on the 2023 Inc. 5000 list. All the companies are ranked by their percent revenue growth from 2019 to 2022. The median growth for companies in the Philadelphia region was 190%, according to the data.

The fastest-growing company in the region was The Surefire Group, which is a real estate company in Germantown that had a revenue growth of 17,599%. It ranks No. 17 nationally. Lancaster’s Gridiron Tire earned a No. 5 spot, with revenue growth of 18,166%.

The only Montgomery County company to make it into the Top 500 was InTouch Med Supply. The King of Prussia medical supply company landed at 439 with a revenue growth of 1,318%.

Swarthmore-based LoanStar Technologies and Media-based Splinterland were also in the top 500.
