RKL eSolutions in Lancaster announced recently that it will acquire CPA Technology in Bala Cynwyd, writes Lisa Scheid for Lancaster Online.
CPA Technology is a construction software and technology provider. RKL said that the acquisition of the company will expand its portfolio in the construction and real estate development industries.
CPA’s CEO Ben Hofferman and his team will be joining RKL. Joe Noll, the president of RKL, said that by bringing on board the CPA team, RKL will be able to offer current construction and real estate development clients more opportunities and expand into new markets as well.
RKL eSolutions is a business management software and IT/networking solutions provider with offices throughout the United States.
