Montgomery County represented well in the latest ranking of the largest Philadelphia Area Public Companies.

Todd Romero researched the companies for the Philadelphia Business Journal. The list includes publicly traded companies headquartered within the counties of Berks, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Lancaster, Lehigh, Montgomery, and Philadelphia in Pennsylvania. It also includes counties in New Jersey and Delaware.

Data was collected from Securities and Exchange Commission filings and Yahoo! Finance. All the companies were ranked by Revenue: FY 2022.

Here are the Montgomery County companies that made the list.

AmerisourceBergen Corp.

Located in Conshohocken, AmerisourceBergen earned the top spot for largest revenue. The company’s revenue in FY2022 was $238.59 billion. In 2021, it was $213.99 billion. Its net income in 2022 was $1.7 billion.

Lincoln National Corp.

Located in Radnor, Lincoln National Corp. took the fourth spot with a Rev FY 2022 of $18.93 billion. The company’s revenue for 2021 was $19.23 billion. Net Income for 2022 was $1.36 billion.

Universal Health Services Inc.

Located in King of Prussia, Universal Health Services Inc. was ranked number six out of the top 100 companies. The company’s revenue in FY2022 was $13.4 billion. In 2021, it was $12.64 billion. Its net income was $674.86 million.

Toll Brothers Inc.

Headquartered in Fort Washington, Toll Brothers Inc. made it into the top ten by snagging the tenth spot on the list. The company’s revenue in FY2022 was $10.28 billion. In 2021, it was $8.43 billion. Its net income was $1.29 billion.

UGI Corp.

Located in King of Prussia, UGI Corp. took the eleventh spot on the list with a FY2022 revenue of $10.11 billion. The company’s revenue in 2021 was $7.45 billion. Its net income was $1.07 billion.

Avantor Inc.

Located in Radnor, Avantor Inc. ranked No. 15. The company’s revenue in FY2022 was $7.51 billion. In 2021, it was $7.39 billion. Its net income was $662.3 million.

AdaptHealth Corp.

Located in Plymouth Meeting, AdaptHealth Corp. took the 32nd spot on the list. The company’s revenue in FY2022 was $2.97 billion. In 2021, it was $2.45 billion. Its net incomes was $69.32 million.

Brightview Holdings Inc.

Headquartered in Blue Bell, Brightview Holdings Inc. is 35th on the Top 100 list. The company’s revenue in FY2022 was $2.77 billion. In 2021, it was $2.55 billion. Its net income was $14 million.

Essential Utilities Inc.

Headquartered in Bryn Mawr, Essential Utilities Inc. took the 37th spot with a revenue of $2.29 billion for FY2022. In 2021, it was $8.43 billion. Its net income was $1.29 billion.

Located in Oaks, SEI Investments Co. ranked No. 38 on the top 100 list. The company’s revenue in FY2022 was $1.99 billion. In 2021, it was $1.92 billion. Its net income was $475.47 million.

Located in Blue Bell, UNISYS Corp. came in at 39 on the list with a revenue of $1.98 billion in FY2022. In 2021, it was $2.05 billion.
